Qualifications
- 3+ Years of Management Experience
- 5+ Years Sales Experience
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Organizational Skills
- Ability to Lead and Coach Sales Specialists and Facilitate a Positive Culture
- Strong Math Skills and Experience with Financing
- Bilingual a Plus
Responsibilities
- Keyholder – Open and Close the Retail Location
- Sell in Rotation with Sales Specialists
- Supervise, Train, Motivate and Coach Sales Specialists
- Participate In and Review Sales Transactions for Accuracy
- Plan, Promote and Execute Sales Events
- Promote the Business through Social Media, Hiring Events and Other Community Outreach Opportunities
- Achieve or Exceed Store Goals and Key Performance Indicators
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
